What age groups do you serve?

Pupils enter the Namabaale Progressive School at the age of three and at other ages up to eleven years old. 

What makes your curriculum unique?

Our curriculum integrates Christian values with academic instruction, offering a holistic approach to education.

How can I enrol my child?

You can enrol your child by filling out our online application form or visiting our school office.

What are the School Fees?

At the moment we are not a fee paying school however, we are in the process of attracting donors in order for us to pay qualified teachers.

We are currently giving our staff members in service training which will lead to accreditation.

Who provides the school uniforms?

The school gives the opportunity for people to donate towards the children's uniforms however when parents can afford to they are required to contribute a small fee.

What is your proposed development plan?

In the next 5 years we hope to achieve 5 new class rooms and the renovation of the existing buildings. The proposed new buildings are as followed:

- Five classrooms

- School Kitchen

- Library

- Information Technology Suite

- Additional Toilets

And teachers quarters.

We are hoping to go into partnership with donors who are willing to give regularly so we can achieve these goals. 

Are extra curricular activities offered?

Yes! We Currently offer:

- Baking

- Gardening

- Pathfinders Club 

- Adventurers Club

and Sport Activities

The school organises events and educational visits in order to develop the pupils positive experiences of their country. In the future it is hoped that we will be able to afford a school bus. 

Are the teachers qualified?

Presently we have in service teacher training which eventually will be accredited by an institution in London.

The school is currently directed by 5 board of trustees accredited with;

Pathfinders | Adventurers Club

- The Adventurer Club is designed to strengthen parent-child relationships for kids ages 3-9. This gives parents the opportunity to improve on their parenting skills wilst enjoying special activities with their children. 

- Pathfinder Club applicants must be at least 10 years of age and no more than 15 years of age. Where two clubs exist; children aged 10 to 12 will join the junior club and those aged 13 to 15 will join the teen club. 

- With nearly 2 million members around the world we accept any youth who promises to abide by the Pathfinder Pledge and Law regardless of their church affiliation.

Baking | Gardening/Agriculture

Children are taught how to bake simple bread and biscuit in addition, we teach them how to plant basic vegetables such as:

▪️Maze

▪️Spinach 

▪️Cabbages

▪️Onions

▪️Eggplant 

and Carrots. 

As part of the healthy eating project pupils are taught to grow simple foods in order to help them understand the importance of eating a variety of vegetables. 

School Sports Activities

The school holds a annual sports day for all the children and also enters the yearly regional sports competition which includes:

- Netball

- Football

and Athletics
